I bled a very small amount after sex on the day my period was due. i am trying to conceive. please help.?

Hello, my hubby and i are TTC #1 and we kept track of my ovulation and had sex on the right days, which was Oct 1-7, i ovualated on the 5th. my period was due today. I had period like cramps the day before yesterday and yesterday but felt nothing today. Then my husband and i had sex and a small amount of blood came out. Nothing more came out all day and i felt nothing, no cramps, no nothing. What could be happening. what could this mean. please help. thanks!

Take a test you may be pregnant, you may be having implantation bleeding.
which implantation bleeding if it occurs a bit earlier than expected, if it were scanty, spotty, pinkish and not red and heavy like a period, and does not follow the normal pattern of a period (light to heavy to light).
