Does the parental sex talk with your kids come with condoms?

When you talked to your kid about sex did you also give them condoms? Is it a good idea to do that? Like birth control.. at what age do you give your girls birth control?

my kids are only 6 and 3. But my sister has a 17 year old and she gave her birth control. But she gave her the talk when she was 9 and she did talk about that. hope it helps and good luck!
